Well, with the release of OoW and Balance of the Nihil, the spells in GoD are no longer worth the effort to get. This chart details what flagging is needed for an individual who belongs to a raiding guild. Note that someone in the guild (or raid) will require more exensive flagging in order to be able to generate some instances, but as a participant, here is what you will need.
