Drops from A Shissar Priest in Ssraeshza Temple; also purchased from DON merchants in Lavastorm, for 75 Ebon or Radiant Crystals (currency rewards from DON missions).
Level 50
Spirit of the Puma
Purchased from Mystic Abomin in Plane of Knowledge for under 20 Platinum.
