Categories & Formatting

I wince at the thought of reorganizing, but it'll be easier now than later.
After some thinking and reading on the subject, I see little use for top-level categories like "Spells", "AAs" or "Quests"; a person will really only be looking for spells, AAs or quests for a particular class, and these would make fine sub-categories.
Therefore, I have implemented the following categorization scheme:
The contents would pretty much match the five main menu options for the old static pages. I further propose that there be the following sub-categories where there are several pages for the same stuff:
- General Info
- needs no subcategories, will probably just have a dozen or so pages
- info which pertains to all classes, or to the game in general, including tradeskills (except alchemy)
- Progression Info
- needs no subcategories to start with
- we can create subcategories by-expansion when there is enough content to justify that
- will contain non-class-specific quests, like zone access stuff
- Class-Specific Info Categories
- no point for empty sub-categories, but we can create the following if/when needed (if several pages of content)
- Spells & Abilities (AAs, Discs, Auras, innate stuff)
- Equipment & Loot (will include Quests which are not for progression or spells)
- Quests (should contain redirects to (class)/Spells called Spell Quests, to (class)/E&L called Equipment Quests, and Progression called Progression Quests.
Please put these tags in at the TOP of the pages, as appropriate. Pages can be in multiple categories, but most should not with this setup.
Top Level Categories: [[Category:General]] or [[Category:Progression]] or [[Category:Shaman]] or [[Category:Paladin]] or [[Category:Druid]] for general pages relevant to that category - class descriptions or beginner guides, or POR Progression Guide, for examples.
The concensus seems to be that these top level categories do not need further division at this time. We will revisit that possibility if/when the number of pages in any one category becomes unwieldy.
