Paladin Stats

S. Stat Caps

  1. Unmodified stat caps
    • a. Levels 1 to 60, stat cap is 255.
    • b. Levels 61 to 85, stat cap goes up 5 per level, for 380 base at L 85.
  2. Raising the Caps
    • a. PoP: Planar Power (lvl 1-5).  Each level raises all ability stat caps by 5 per level, for +25 max.
    • b. OoW: Planar Power (lvl 6-10). Each level raises all ability stat caps by 5 per level, for +25 max.
    • c. DoN - Gift of The Keepers/The Dark Reign, 1st level of DoN progression, raises all ability stat caps by 10, for +10 max.
    • d. TSS: Planar Power (lvl 11-15) levels each raise all ability stat caps by 5 per level, for +25 max..
    • e. SoD: Planar Power (lvl 16-20) levels each raise all ability stat caps by 5 per level, for +25 max..
  3. So, for a Level 85 Paladin with 'all the AAs'
    • 380 base (S1b), plus
    • 025 (S2a), plus
    • 025 (S2b), plus
    • 010 (S2c), plus
    • 025 (S2d), plus
    • 025 (S2e), for
    • 465 cap to all ability statistics (without Heroic stats).

R. Resist Caps

  1. 1. Unmodified Resist Caps
    • a. Levels 1 to 65, resist cap is 500.
    • b. Levels 66 to 85, resist cap goes up 5 per level, for 600 base at L 80.
  2. 2. Raising the Caps
    • a. OoW - Discordant Defiance (lvls 1-5), 5 levels each raise all resist caps by 5 per level, for +25 max.
    • b. SoD - Discordant Defiance (lvls 6-10), 5 levels each raise all resist caps by 5 per level, for +25 max.
    • c. OoW - Trials of Mata Muram, 6 levels; first 5 each raise all resist caps by 8 per level, last one raises them by 10, for +50 max.
  3. 3. So, for a Level 85 Paladin with 'all the AAs'
    • 600 Base (R1b), plus
    • 025 (R2a), plus
    • 025 (R2b), plus
    • 050 (R2c), for
    • 700 cap to all resist statistics.

Note: this is for worn; some buffs include overcap components; also, tribute can be used to raise the worn caps. Also note: this doesn't consider the 1 minute duration Resistant discipline.

H. Heroic Stats

The introduction of Heroic Stats with the Secrets of Faydwer expansion allows characters the ability to go over the max stat caps, depending on how much of each Heroic Stat (denoted in orange/yellow in the armor stats) one had. Each heroic stat has different effects

  • a. Heroic Strength: Raises minimum melee damage, AC bonus when using a shield, Endurance pool, Endurance regen and Endurance regen cap. Cap is unknown at this time. This has not been conclusively proven to effect slay damage (see this thread)
  • b. Heroic Stamina: Raises HP pool, HP regen, HP regen cap, Endurance pool, Endurance regen and Endurance regen cap. Cap is unknown at this time
  • c. Heroic Agility: Raises Dodge chance, defense skill, reduces falling damage, endurance pool, endurance regen, endurance regen cap. Cap is unknown at this time. this thread gives some more information.
  • d. Heroic Dexterity: Raises ranged attack damage, Riposte/block chance, Endurance pool, Endurance cap, Endurance cap regen. Cap is unknown at this time.
  • e. Heroic Wisdom: Raises mana pool, mana regen, mana regen cap. Cap is unknown at this time.
  • f. Heroic Charisma: Improves chance to not aggro NPCs, makes it easier to gain/lose faction. Cap is unknown at this time
