The Serpent's Spine Spells & Acquisition

TSS raised the level cap from 70 to 75, and introduced a variety of spells. These spells have two or three versions (only one for our new pet spell, Kyrah's Faithful). Each of the first tier is vendor purchased from Ezna Connoy in Icefall Glacier. Each of the second tier is dropped in group content (and tradable), with certain level spells dropping in certain zones. Each of the third tier is acquired by turning in a raid drop, the Glowing Obsidian Rune. The order is listed below.
