Tier 1

One needs three components, combined (no-fail) in a Reliquary of Refinement, vendor sold for 1050pp by Yaun in Argath:

• a Rustic (slot)wrap of Argath, dropped from Tier 1 group mobs;
• a Dedicant Coalescing Agent, vendor sold for 1050pp by Yaun in Argath; and
• a Osmium Chain (template_slot) Template, which are player crafted and tradeable:
  • Osmium Chain (template_slot) Template are player crafted with smithing (trivials of 488 and above), by combining: 1 Purified Coal sold by Halena Paerk in PoK for 263pp + 1 Metal Tempering Chemicals sold by Halena Paerk in PoK for 2gp + 1 Chainmail (template_slot) Template sold by Halena Paerk in PoK for 2gp + 1 Smithy Hammer sold by Kanio Paerk in PoK for 11pp + 1-3 Osmium Ore dropped or quested. These are combined in a forge. They also require Smithing Step XV, sold by a cultural tinkering historian in Crescent Reach for 415pp to have been scribed to prior to attempting to make the templates.

One needs two components, combined in a Reliquary of Refinement, vendor sold for 1050pp by Yaun in Argath:

• a Formal (slot)wrap of Lunanyn, dropped from Tier 2 group mobs;
• the previous tier 1 armor of the slot desired.

OR

One needs three components, combined in a Reliquary of Refinement, vendor sold for 1050pp by Yaun in Argath:

• a Formal (slot)wrap of Lunanyn, dropped from Tier 2 group mobs;
• a Dedicant Coalescing Agent, vendor sold for 1050pp by Yaun in Argath; and
